Verizon will use the following method to determine the Availability % for each applicable Unified CX application per SLA: Determine the number of minutes in a month (Total Availability) Determine the number of outage minutes in a month (Outage Minutes) per Application Determine the number of excluded outage minutes in a month (Excluded Outage Minutes) Determine the total number of outage minutes less any exclusions per Application (Total Outage Minutes) Calculate the % availability as equal to (Total Availability – Total Outage Minutes) / Total Availability
