Calculation of Amounts. The calculation of the Dollar equivalent amount for any amount denominated in another currency will be the noon buying rate in the City of New York as certified by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York on the date on which such determination is required to be made or, if such day is not a day on which such rate is published, the rate most recently published prior to such day.
