Common use of Calculation of CP Costs Clause in Contracts

Calculation of CP Costs. On the tenth calendar day of each month or, if such day is not a Business Day, on the next succeeding Business Day, each Agent shall calculate the aggregate amount of the relevant CP Costs for the applicable Accrual Period and shall notify Seller of such aggregate amount.
