Calculation of CP Costs. On the 10th Business Day immediately preceding each Settlement Date, each Conduit shall calculate the aggregate amount of CP Costs (or, as applicable, Discount at the Default Rate) owing to it for the applicable Accrual Period and shall notify the Seller of such aggregate amount.
