Calculation of Days Clause Samples

The "Calculation of Days" clause defines how time periods are measured and counted within a contract. It typically specifies whether days are counted as calendar days or business days, and may clarify how to handle weekends, public holidays, or the start and end dates of a period. For example, it might state that if a deadline falls on a non-business day, the due date is extended to the next business day. This clause ensures consistency and prevents disputes by providing a clear method for calculating deadlines and timeframes throughout the agreement.
