Calculation of Days. When any number of days is prescribed in this Agreement, same shall be reckoned exclusively of the first and inclusively of the last day, unless the last day falls on a day which is not a business day, in which case the last day shall be the next business day.

Calculation of Days. Except where this Agreement expressly requires “business days” in any calculation of time, all references to “days” shall mean “calendar days.”
