Calculation of Fees: Prorated Fees. (i) Determination of amounts to be paid shall be on a per Service Subscriber, per Service Level basis. (ii) During the month of commencement or termination of a Service Subscription, if the Service Subscriber pays a pro-rated fee (or receives a pro-rated credit or refund) for such Service Subscription, the monthly payments will be pro-rated on the same basis.
