Calculation of Sales Clause Samples

Calculation of Sales. (a) For any month, the “Net Crude Sales Volume” shall equal (A) the sum of (1) the Actual Month End Crude Volume for the prior month plus (2) the Monthly Crude Receipts for such month, minus (B) the Actual Month End Crude Volume for such month.
Calculation of Sales. (a) For any month, the “Monthly Net Crude Sales” shall be determined as set forth on Schedule C. (b) For any month, and for each Pricing Group (as defined on Schedule P), the “Monthly Net Product Group Sales” shall be determined as set forth on Schedule C.

(b) For any month, and for each Pricing Group (as defined on Schedule P), the “Net Product Sales Volume” shall equal (A) the sum of (1) the Actual Month End Product Volume for such month plus (2) the Monthly Product Sales for such month, minus (B) the Actual Month End Product Volume for the prior month.

(b) For any month, and for each Pricing Group (as defined on Schedule P), the “Net Product Sales Volume” shall equal (A) the sum of (1) the Actual Month End Product PORTIONS OF THIS EXHIBIT DENOTED WITH THREE ASTERISKS (***) HAVE BEEN OMITTED PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT. Volume for such month plus (2) the Monthly Product Sales for such month, minus (B) the Actual Month End Product Volume for the prior month.
Calculation of Sales. For the purposes of determining sales for all purposes hereunder, including for the calculations of Watch Minimum Sales, Jewelry Minimum Sales, Watch GMA, Jewelry GMA, Advertising Contribution and royalty calculations hereunder, sales made in any foreign currency shall be converted to U.S. Dollars at the exchange rate as of the close of business on the day on which such sales were made, as published by Reuters (or other nationally recognized source of such information; provided that Licensee shall notify THL of any change in such source and may not change sources more than once every two years) (the “Exchange Rate”).

  • Calculation of Sale Gain or Loss For Shared-Loss Loans that are not Restructured Loans, gain or loss on the sales under Section 4.1 or Section 4.2 will be calculated as the sale price received by the Assuming Institution less the unpaid principal balance of the remaining Shared-Loss Loans. For any Restructured Loan included in the sale gain or loss on sale will be calculated as (a) the sale price received by the Assuming Institution less (b) the net present value of estimated cash flows on the Restructured Loan that was used in the calculation of the related Restructuring Loss plus (c) Loan principal payments collected by the Assuming Institution from the date the Loan was restructured to the date of sale. (See Exhibits 2d(1)-(2) for example calculations).

  • Suspension of Sales If and whenever the determination of net asset value is suspended and until such suspension is terminated, no further orders for shares shall be processed by Distributors except such unconditional orders as may have been placed with Distributors before it had knowledge of the suspension. In addition, the Issuer reserves the right to suspend sales and Distributors' authority to process orders for shares on behalf of the Issuer if, in the judgment of the Issuer, it is in the best interests of the Issuer to do so. Suspension will continue for such period as may be determined by the Issuer.

  • Calculation of Fees Ameriprise will have sole responsibility, and Ameriprise’s records will provide the sole basis, for calculating fees for which Ameriprise invoices under this Agreement. However, the Issuer Entities may provide records to assist Ameriprise in its calculations.

  • Calculation of Overtime If the overtime work has been carried out before as well as after the regular working hours during a certain day, the overtime periods shall be added together. Only full half hours are included in the calculation.
