Common use of Calculation of Time Period Clause in Contracts

Calculation of Time Period. When calculating any period of time pursuant to this Agreement, the reference date used in calculating that period will be excluded. If the last day of any time period is a non-Business Day, the time period will be extended to the next Business Day.
