Calculation of Unit Prices. Unit Prices include all sums to be paid to the CMR for this Work and includes all direct costs, indirect costs, consequential costs, markups and fees. The CMR shall certify that the Unit Prices submitted do not exceed current costs in the industry or trade for like services or materials.
