Common use of Calculations and Payments Clause in Contracts

Calculations and Payments. All calculations under this Agreement shall be made by an independent accounting firm jointly selected by the Company and you. In performing such calculations, appropriate adjustments shall be made by such accountants for any change in accounting standards required by the FASB after the beginning of a Bonus Year. No payment shall be made until the Committee certifies the results of such calculations, but in no event shall any such certification and payment be made later than thirty (30) business days following the receipt by the Company of the calculations from the accounting firm for the applicable Bonus Year.
