Common use of Call Back Status Clause in Contracts

Call Back Status. An Employee who is called back to work at a time outside their scheduled work shift (except for employees who are on standby status) is credited a minimum of two (2) hours in a pay status. Call back does not include a situation in which an Employee is required to stay past the end of his/her scheduled work shift if the Employee has been informed of the requirement prior to the end of his/her work shift.
