Common use of Call Branding Nonrecurring Charge Clause in Contracts

Call Branding Nonrecurring Charge. Qwest will charge to CLEC a nonrecurring setup and recording fee for establishing Call Branding and loading each Switch with CLEC’s branded message. CLEC must pay such nonrecurring charges prior to commencement of the service. The nonrecurring set-up and recording charge will apply each time CLEC’s brand message is changed. The nonrecurring charge to load the Switches with CLEC’s branded message will be assessed each time there is any change to the Switch.
