Call-In Maintenance Service for Visual Communications Software. In accordance with the applicable Opportunity Documents, Maintenance Service is available to you seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day. Service levels shall be in accordance with the Enhanced Services Levels Addendum included herein.
