Common use of Call of Bonds for Redemption Clause in Contracts

Call of Bonds for Redemption. No prepayment of any amount of Basic Rent in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.06 hereof shall relieve the Lessee to any extent from its obligations hereafter to make the full Basic Rent and Additional Rent payments required by the provisions hereof until all Bonds issued under the Resolution and the interest thereon and the charges of the Bond Registrar and Paying Agent, if any, have been paid in full. Upon any prepayment of Basic Rent, as authorized by Section 5.06, in part, the amount of such prepayment shall be used for the purpose of paying or redeeming the Bonds. If less than all of the Bonds of any maturity are to be called for redemption, the Bonds of such maturity shall be called for redemption by lot in the manner prescribed by the Paying Agent. Upon the prepayment of such Basic Rent in whole the amount of such prepayment shall be used to pay or redeem all Outstanding Bonds in the manner provided in the Resolution.
