Call of Meetings by Trustee. The Trustee for any series may at any time call a meeting of Holders of such series to take any action specified in Section 9.01, to be held at such time or times and at such place or places as the Trustee for such series shall determine. Notice of every meeting of the Holders of any series, setting forth the time and the place of such meeting and in general terms the action proposed to be taken at such meeting, shall be given to Holders of such series in the manner and to the extent provided in Section 1.05. Such notice shall be given not less than 10 days nor more than 90 days prior to the date fixed for the meeting.
