Common use of Call of Meetings by Trustee Clause in Contracts

Call of Meetings by Trustee. The Trustee may at any time call a meeting of Holders of Notes to take any action specified in Section 11.01 hereof, to be held at such time and at such place as the Trustee shall determine. Notice of every such meeting of Noteholders, setting forth the time and the place of such meeting and in general terms the action proposed to be taken at such meeting, shall be given to Holders of the Notes that may be affected by the action proposed to be taken at such meeting in the manner provided in Section 15.10 hereof. Such notice shall be given not less than 20 nor more than 90 days prior to the date fixed for such meeting.

Such notice shall be given not less than 20 twenty (20) nor more than 90 ninety (90) days prior to the date fixed for such the meeting.
