CALL-OFF CONTRACT PERFORMANCE. 12.1 The Provider shall perform all Call-Off Contracts entered into with the Authority or any Other Contracting Body in accordance with:- 12.1.1 the requirements of this Framework Agreement; and 12.1.2 the terms and conditions of the respective Call-Off Contracts. 12.2 In the event of, and only to the extent of, any conflict between the terms and conditions of this Framework Agreement and the terms and conditions of a Call-Off Contract, the terms and conditions of the Call-Off Contract shall prevail.
