Common use of CALL-OFF CONTRACT PERFORMANCE Clause in Contracts

CALL-OFF CONTRACT PERFORMANCE. 7.1 The Contractor shall perform all Call-Off Contracts entered into with a Contracting Authority in accordance with:- 7.1.1 the requirements of this Framework Agreement; and 7.1.2 the Call-Off Terms and Conditions, including any Special Terms and Conditions of the respective Call-Off Contracts. 7.1.3 In the event of, and only to the extent of, any conflict between the terms and conditions of this Framework Agreement (excluding the Schedule), the Call-Off Terms and Conditions, and any Special Terms and Conditions, the application of the Clauses shall prevail in the following order: i. Special Terms and Conditions ii. Call-Off Terms and Conditions iii. Framework Agreement.
