CALL-OFF CONTRACT PERFORMANCE. The Service Provider shall perform all Call-Off Contracts entered into with the Authority or any Other Contracting Body:- in accordance with the requirements of this Framework Agreement; in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective Call-Off Contracts. in accordance with Good Industry Practice; with appropriately experienced, qualified and trained personnel with all due skill, care and diligence; and in compliance with all applicable Law. In the event of, and only to the extent of, any conflict between the terms and conditions of this Framework Agreement and the terms and conditions of a Call-Off Contract, the terms and conditions of this Framework Agreement shall prevail.
