CALL-OFF CONTRACT PERFORMANCE. The Provider shall perform all Call-Off Contracts entered into with the Authority or any Customer in accordance with: - the requirements of this Framework Agreement; and the terms and conditions of the Call-Off Contract. In the event of, and only to the extent of, any conflict between the terms and conditions of this Framework Agreement and the terms and conditions of a Call-Off Contract, the order of priority will be: - The Order Form. The Call-Off Contract and its Schedules The terms of the Framework Agreement. The Schedules to the Framework Agreement. Any other document referred to in the clauses of the Call-Off Contract. The Providers response to the Invitation to Tender.
