CALL OFF CONTRACT PERIOD. The Call-Off Contract shall commence on the Call-Off Commencement Date (unless it is otherwise terminated in accordance with its terms or it is otherwise lawfully terminated) shall continue for the Call-Off Contract Period. If the Call-Off Contract Period includes an option to extend and TVCA intends to take up the option, the Provider shall be notified in writing within the period stated in the Order prior to the commencement of the extension. If no such notification is issued the Call-Off Contract shall automatically expire after the initial Call-Off Contract Period. Where the Call-Off Contract is extended pursuant to clause 2.2, there shall be no amendment to the terms of the Call-Off Contract during the extension period.
