Calling Off Procedure. The following will constitute the procedures for reporting off work and reporting availability for work the day following an absence: Day shift personnel must report off work to their Supervisor not later than 5:00 a.m. the morning of the absence, and must report their availability for returning to work to their Supervisor not later than 9:00 p.m. the last day of their absence. Plant Managers II, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (attrition) and janitors must report off work to their Supervisor not later than 11:00 a.m. the day of their absence, and must report their availability for returning to work to the Supervisor not later than 10:00 a.m. of the day of return from their absence.
