Callout Pay. A minimum of one hour shall be paid on callouts for alarms and emergencies. Any hours in excess of an hour, must be authorized by the immediate supervisor. If overtime applies caretakers, shall be paid a call-out rate of time and one-half of their regular hourly rate.
