Cancel or Change Payment Instructions. Payments must be changed or cancelled using the Service prior to 3:00 p.m. CST on the business day the transaction is scheduled to be initiated. If you ask us to cancel a payment after it is issued and we agree to do so, we may charge you a stop payment fee.
