CANCELED ORDERS Sample Clauses
The CANCELED ORDERS clause defines the terms and conditions under which an order may be canceled by either party. Typically, it outlines the procedures for notifying the other party of a cancellation, any applicable timeframes, and the financial or logistical consequences, such as restocking fees or non-refundable deposits. This clause serves to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties in the event of a cancellation, thereby reducing disputes and ensuring that both sides understand the implications of canceling an order.
