Canceling Transfers Clause Samples

Canceling Transfers. You may cancel a pending Transfer transaction. However, to do so, we must receive your instruction to cancel no later than one Business Day before the transaction is scheduled to be processed. If we don’t receive your instruction to cancel a transaction before that time, we may process the transaction.
Canceling Transfers. You may cancel a transfer online up to 6:00 p.m. CST on the business day the transfer is scheduled to be initiated. If you are canceling a recurring transfer, all future transfers will cease unless you specifically instruct the Bank to continue future recurring transfers. There is no fee for canceling a payment online.
Canceling Transfers. You cannot cancel a one-time immediate transfer after it has been submitted from the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Brokerage Website and the information has been transmitted to us. Future-dated and recurring transfers can be canceled prior to 11:59 pm ET on the business day prior to the date the transfer is scheduled to be made. If the transfer's status is In Process or Completed, you can no longer cancel it. After you cancel a future-dated transfer, the status changes to Canceled. Canceled transfers remain viewable in the Transfers section. To cancel a transfer, you must sign in to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Brokerage Website and follow the directions provided on the Transfers screens. You may also submit a request to cancel a scheduled or recurring payment or a future-dated transfer by calling ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. We must receive your request three business days or more before the transfer is scheduled for processing. If you call, we may also require you to put your request in writing and get it to us within 14 days after you call. If you call or write to cancel a payment or transfer that is Pending, you may be charged a fee in accordance with the agreement for the appropriate linked account.
Canceling Transfers. An immediate One-time Transfer to another Bank account (internal transfer) cannot be cancelled after it has been submitted in Online Banking. A same day One-time Transfer to an account at another financial institution (external transfer) can be canceled up to 5:00 pm ET on the transfer date. A future One-time Transfer or Recurring Transfer (either internal or external) can be canceled prior to 5:00 pm ET on the Bank Business Day prior to the date the transfer is scheduled to be made. If the transfer's status is In Process or Processed, you can no longer cancel it. After you cancel a future-dated transfer the status of the transfer is changed to Canceled.

These credits are not refundable. In order to cancel, you may contact us within the application or at the phone number or email address on your receipt within thirty (30) minutes of payment for the Transfer. If the transfer’s status is “In Process” or “Processed,” you can no longer cancel it. After you cancel a future-dated transfer, the status changes to “Canceled.” The easiest and most convenient way to cancel a transfer is through the method described above. However, you may request to cancel a recurring or one-time future-dated transfer by calling the Bank at: 913-471-4321. We must receive your phone request three (3) Bank Business Days or more before the transfer is scheduled for processing.

After you cancel a future-dated transfer, the status changes to Canceled. Canceled transfers remain under Review Transfers. Alternative Method Note: The easiest and most convenient way to cancel a transfer is through the method described above. However, you may request to cancel a future-dated transfer by calling us at 719-657-3376 during regular business hours. We must receive your request three (3) Business Days or more before the payment or transfer is scheduled for processing. If you call, we may also require you to put your request in writing and get it to us within 14 days after you call. If you call or write to cancel a transfer that is pending, you will be charged for a stop payment in accordance with the agreement for the appropriate linked account.
Canceling Transfers. You cannot cancel a one-time immediate Transfer after it has been entered into the Service. All other Transfers may be canceled through the Service prior to 6:00pm on the business day prior to the business day on which the Transfer is to be completed. Canceling Transfers. You may submit an Instruction to cancel a pending Transfer; however, we have no obligation to do so once we have accepted your Instruction for a Transfer, however, we may cancel the Transfer if we receive your Instruction to cancel prior to the Cutoff Time and prior to our execution of the Transfer. If we do not receive your instruction to cancel a transaction before that time, we may process the transaction.
