Common use of Cancellation and/or Adjustment of Global Notes Clause in Contracts

Cancellation and/or Adjustment of Global Notes. At such time as all beneficial interests in Global Notes have been exchanged for Definitive Notes, redeemed, repurchased or cancelled, all Global Notes shall be returned to or retained and cancelled by the Trustee in accordance with Section 2.11 hereof. At any time prior to such cancellation, if any beneficial interest in a Global Note is exchanged for Definitive Notes, redeemed, repurchased or cancelled, the principal amount of Notes represented by such Global Note shall be reduced accordingly and an endorsement shall be made on such Global Note, by the Trustee or the Notes Custodian, at the direction of the Trustee, to reflect such reduction.

At any time prior to such cancellation, if any beneficial interest in a Global Note is exchanged for Definitive Notes, redeemed, repurchased or cancelledcanceled, the principal amount of Notes represented by such Global Note shall be reduced accordingly and an endorsement shall be made on such Global Note, by the Trustee or the Notes Note Custodian, at the direction of the Trustee, to reflect such reduction.

Cancellation and/or Adjustment of Global Notes. At such time as all beneficial interests in Global Notes have been exchanged for Definitive Notes, redeemed, repurchased Notes or cancelledhave been redeemed or repurchased, all Global Notes shall be returned to or retained and cancelled by the Trustee in accordance with Section 2.11 hereof. At any time prior to such cancellation, if any beneficial interest in a Global Note is exchanged for an interest in another Global Note or for Definitive Notes, redeemed, repurchased Notes or cancelledredeemed or repurchased, the principal amount of Notes represented by such Global Note shall be reduced accordingly and an endorsement shall be made on such Global Note, by the Trustee or the Notes Custodian, at the direction of the Trustee, to reflect such reduction.

Cancellation and/or Adjustment of Global Notes. At such time as all beneficial interests in Global Notes of a Class have either been exchanged for Definitive NotesNotes for such Class, redeemed, repurchased or cancelled, all Global Notes of such Class shall be returned to or retained and cancelled by the Trustee in accordance with Section 2.11 hereofIndenture Trustee. At any time prior to such cancellation, if any beneficial interest in a Global Note of such Class is exchanged for Definitive NotesNotes of such Class, redeemed, repurchased or cancelled, the principal amount of Mortgage Notes represented by such Global Note shall be reduced accordingly and an endorsement shall be made on such Global Note, by the Indenture Trustee or the Notes Note Custodian, at the direction of the Indenture Trustee, to reflect such reduction.

Cancellation and/or Adjustment of Global Notes. At such time as all beneficial interests in Global Notes have been exchanged for Definitive Notes, redeemed, repurchased or cancelled, all Global Notes shall be returned to or retained and cancelled by the Trustee in accordance with Section 2.11 2.10 hereof. At any time prior to such cancellation, if any beneficial interest in a Global Note is exchanged for Definitive Notes, redeemed, repurchased or cancelled, the principal amount of Notes represented by such Global Note shall be reduced accordingly and an endorsement shall be made on such Global Note, by the Trustee or the Notes Note Custodian, at the direction of the Trustee, to reflect such reduction.

At such time as all beneficial interests in Global Notes have been exchanged for Definitive Certificated Notes, redeemed, repurchased or cancelled, all Global Notes shall be returned to or retained and cancelled by the Trustee in accordance with Section 2.11 hereof. At any time prior to such cancellation, if any beneficial interest in a Global Note is exchanged for Definitive Certificated Notes, redeemed, repurchased or cancelled, the principal amount of Notes represented by such Global Note shall be reduced accordingly and an endorsement shall be made on such Global Note, by the Trustee or the Notes Custodian, at the direction of the Trustee, to reflect such reduction.

At such time as all beneficial interests in Global Notes of a series have been exchanged for Definitive Certificated Secured Notes, redeemed, repurchased or cancelled, all Global Notes of such series shall be returned to or retained and cancelled by the Trustee in accordance with Section 2.11 hereof. At any time prior to such cancellation, if any beneficial interest in a Global Note is exchanged for Definitive Certificated Secured Notes, redeemed, repurchased or cancelled, the principal amount of Secured Notes represented by such Global Note shall be reduced accordingly and an endorsement shall be made on such Global Note, by the Trustee or the Notes Secured Note Custodian, at the direction of the Trustee, to reflect such reduction.

Cancellation and/or Adjustment of Global Notes. At such time as all beneficial interests in Global Notes have been exchanged for Definitive Certificated Notes, redeemed, repurchased or cancelled, all Global Notes shall be returned to or retained and cancelled by the Trustee in accordance with Section 2.11 hereof.
