Cancellation and Rescission. Notwithstanding anything contained herein or in the Plan to the contrary, this Option shall not be subject to the provisions of the Plan regarding Detrimental Activity. THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), made as of the 25th day of May, 2011, by and between Sabre Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) and (the “Participant”).
