Common use of Cancellation by Buyer Clause in Contracts

Cancellation by Buyer. In case the Buyer cancels this Agreement on any ground whatsoever (except breach of Vendor's Covenants), the Vendor shall refund to the Buyer, at the Vendor's option, in either of the manners mentioned in Clauses 12.1.1 or 12.1.2 (a) and (b) above.

Cancellation by Buyer. In case the Buyer cancels this Agreement on any ground whatsoever (except breach of Vendor's Owners’ And Ideal’s Covenants), the Vendor Ideal shall refund to the Buyer, at the Vendor's Ideal’s option, in either of the manners mentioned in Clauses 12.1.1 or 12.1.2 (a) and (b) above.
