Common use of Cancellation by Customer Clause in Contracts

Cancellation by Customer. 7.1. Where a Course is cancelled by the Customer with a notice period of not less than 7 Business Days prior to the commencement date of the Course, the Customer will be refunded the Course Fee, less the Administration Fee. The Administration Fee is non-refundable. 7.2. Where a Course is cancelled by the Customer with a notice period of 7.3. If a Participant is enrolled in a Course and they wish to transfer to another Course date for the same Course they are able to do so providing they advise CTC Safety in a minimum of 7 Business Days in advance.
