Cancellation by UFS. At any time, UFS may, in its sole discretion, cancel a Volunteer’s participation in, or cancel the Program in which Volunteer is scheduled to participate. In the event of such a cancellation, the total amount of any fees previously paid to UFS by Volunteer will be refunded. Other than funds paid directly to UFS, UFS will not be responsible to Volunteer for any other refund, interest, liability or damages of any kind.
