Common use of Cancellation Costs in General Clause in Contracts

Cancellation Costs in General. Production cancellation costs will not be in excess of the purchase price of the Products actually cancelled in a purchase order. EPMP LLC shall use best efforts to mitigate all cancellation costs. Upon Buyer’s request, EPMP LLC shall deliver to Buyer any materials or unfinished Products for which full reimbursement was received by EPMP LLC.
