Cancellation Deadline Sample Clauses

The Cancellation Deadline clause establishes the specific date or time by which a party must notify the other if they wish to cancel an agreement or scheduled service. In practice, this means that if notice is not given before the stated deadline, the party may be obligated to proceed with the contract or incur penalties, such as forfeiting a deposit or paying a cancellation fee.
