CANCELLATION FOR CAUSE. InspireHUB may cancel this Agreement for cause immediately if the Client: i. commits a material breach that remains uncured for thirty (30) days after receiving written notice. ii. becomes the subject of a petition in bankruptcy or any other proceeding relating to insolvency, cessation of business, liquidation, or assignment for the benefit of creditors.
