Common use of Cancellation for Failure to Meet Minimum Qualifications Clause in Contracts

Cancellation for Failure to Meet Minimum Qualifications. The parties agree that it shall be the duty of the Superintendent to maintain the minimum qualifications for the position of Superintendent, including but not limited to maintaining a current Superintendent’s license from the Indiana Professional Standards Board. If, at any time the current Superintendent no longer meets the minimum qualifications for the position of Superintendent, this Contract shall terminate immediately upon written notice from the Board to the Superintendent without the requirement for any due process or other pre-condition to cancellation or any payment to the Superintendent.
