Common use of Cancellation of Certificates Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Certificates. Whenever any Outstanding Certificates shall be delivered to the Trustee for cancellation pursuant to this Indenture, upon payment thereof or for or after replacement pursuant to Section 2.10 or 2.11 hereof, such Certificates shall be promptly canceled and destroyed by the Trustee, and counterparts of a certificate of destruction evidencing such destruction shall be furnished by the Trustee to the District.

Cancellation of Certificates. Whenever any Outstanding Certificates shall be delivered to the Trustee for cancellation pursuant to this Indenture, upon payment thereof or for or after replacement pursuant to Section 2.10 2.07 or 2.11 2.08 hereof, such Certificates shall be promptly canceled and destroyed by cancelled in accordance with the Trustee, and counterparts customary practices of a certificate of destruction evidencing such destruction shall be furnished by the Trustee to the Districtand applicable retention laws.
