Cancellation of Orders Sample Clauses
The 'Cancellation of Orders' clause defines the terms under which a party may revoke or withdraw an order after it has been placed. Typically, this clause outlines the procedures for notifying the other party of a cancellation, any time limits for doing so, and whether any fees or penalties apply. For example, it may specify that cancellations must be made in writing within a certain number of days or that non-refundable deposits will be forfeited. The core function of this clause is to provide clear guidelines for both parties, reducing disputes and ensuring that expectations regarding order changes are understood and enforceable.
