Cancellation of Orders and Satisfaction Guarantee. Leaders must notify their retail customers that they have five working days to rescind their purchase and receive a refund before returning the products in the same conditions in which they were delivered, in accordance to our Cancelation Policy , which states the timeline when returns may be made. In addition, Leaders must inform their clients verbally about this right, and shall provide them with two copies of a sales receipt at the time of the sale, and must indicate this right of cancellation on the receipt.
