Common use of Cancellation of Other Services Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Other Services. If CLIENT cancels a Project Plan related to stability or development services, CLIENT is responsible for paying: (i) all fees and costs incurred for the portion of the work completed and all related costs which have been ordered and cannot be cancelled; and ii) a cancellation fee in an amount equal to that portion of the Price, as set forth in the Project Plan, of the work scheduled for the four (4) months subsequent to the date of cancellation.
