Cancellation of Service. To cancel this service, you must notify the Bank and provide your name, address, the Service(s) you are discontinuing, and the cancellation date of the Service(s). Once the Service is cancelled, all scheduled transactions will be cancelled. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third-party for cancellation of this Service. Inactive Status: We may delete your access if you do not sign in to the Service or have a transaction scheduled through the Service during any consecutive 6-month period. If your Account access is deleted, you will need to complete enrollment again before you will have access or be able to schedule any transactions through the Service.
