Common use of Cancellation of Surrendered Subscription Receipt Certificates Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Surrendered Subscription Receipt Certificates. All Subscription Receipt Certificates surrendered to or received by the Subscription Receipt Trustee pursuant to Sections 2.8 or 2.10 are to be returned to or received by the Subscription Receipt Trustee for cancellation and, if required by the Corporation, the Subscription Receipt Trustee will furnish the Corporation with a cancellation certificate identifying the Subscription Receipt Certificates so cancelled and the number of Subscription Receipts evidenced thereby.

Cancellation of Surrendered Subscription Receipt Certificates. All Subscription Receipt Certificates surrendered to or received by the Subscription Receipt Trustee Agent pursuant to Sections 2.8 or 2.10 are to 2.10, 2.11, 3.5 and 5.1 shall be returned to or received by the Subscription Receipt Trustee Agent for cancellation and, if required by the CorporationTrust, the Subscription Receipt Trustee will Agent shall furnish the Corporation Trust with a cancellation certificate identifying the Subscription Receipt Certificates so cancelled and the number of Subscription Receipts evidenced thereby.
