Common use of Cancellation or Amendment of Entry by Customer Clause in Contracts

Cancellation or Amendment of Entry by Customer. You shall have no right to cancel or amend any Entry after its receipt by us. We shall use reasonable efforts to act on a request by you for cancellation of an Entry prior to transmitting it to the ACH Operator, but we shall not be liable for our failure or inability to cancel an Entry. You shall indemnify us against and hold us harmless from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs), loss or damage of any nature whatsoever arising directly or indirectly out of our cancellation of any Entry.
