Cancellation or Postponement. If the Show is cancelled (or postponed) five or more business days prior to commencement of installation because of reasons beyond ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ control, the Exhibitor will be refunded 100% of the charges for Standard Furnishings (Tables & Drapery, Chairs & Accessories), Standard Carpet and Padding ordered from Hargrove. If the Show is cancelled (or postponed) less than five business days prior to the commencement of installation, the Exhibitor remains responsible for all charges. If the Show is cancelled (or postponed) because of reasons beyond ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ control, the Exhibitor remains responsible for all other charges for services and equipment not listed above ordered from ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ up to and including the date of cancellation/postponement. Cancellation fees, including fees to cover any costs incurred by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, will be due immediately upon any such cancellation or postponement by Exhibitor. EXHIBITOR EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT IT HAS READ, AND AGREES TO, THIS CANCELLATION POLICY, AND THAT THE CANCELLATION CHARGES DESCRIBED IN THIS PARAGRAPH ARE REASONABLE AND APPROPRIATE UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES STATED, AND THAT SUCH CANCELLATION CHARGES ARE NOT A PENALTY. EXHIBITOR FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THIS POLICY SHALL APPLY IN THE EVENT OF ANY CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT BY EXHIBITOR IRRESPECTIVE OF THE REASON FOR SUCH ORDER CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT AND SHALL ALSO APPLY IN THE EVENT OF THE CANCELLATION OR POSTPONMENT OF THE SHOW FOR ANY REASON BEYOND ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ CONTROL.
Cancellation or Postponement. Patheon will determine the manufacturing schedule of all Product covered by Firm Orders. If Client cancels or reduces a Firm Order, or wishes to postpone the applicable Release Date (subject to Section 5.1(d)), Client will remain liable to pay Patheon [***]% of the Price for the Firm Order.

(a) If, for any reason, the Exhibitor is unable to use the Stall Area on any date or time of use specified in Item 6 then the Exhibitor must immediately notify the Department in writing.
(b) If, for any reason, the Department is unable to provide the Stall Area to the Exhibitor at the date and/or time of use specified in Item 6, then the Department will give the Exhibitor notice of cancellation or postponement.
(c) If the Agreement is cancelled or postponed in accordance with clause 3(b), the Exhibitor will not be entitled to any compensation.
Cancellation or Postponement. In the event of cancellation or postponement notified in writing less than 21 days before the start of their residential language training, non-residential language training (of at least 20 hours per week) or intercultural training, the client will be asked to pay a fixed cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the total amount invoiced. This fee will rise to 50% of the total amount invoiced for cancellations or postponements made less than 14 days before the start of the training and to 100% of the total amount invoiced for cancellations or postponements made less than 7 days before the start of the training. In the event that any other training costs have been incurred (travel expenses/hotel expenses for the trainer), they will be invoiced to the client supported by proof of expenditure. For all other programmes, any cancellation and/or postponement must be made in writing to our Customer Service Department no later than 24h (working day) before the start of the lesson. Any lesson cancelled less than 24h (working day) before it starts will be forfeit and will not be reimbursed. The option to postpone without incurring any expense is only available 3 times per session of training booked. Any subsequent training postponed will be forfeit and will not be reimbursed. All sessions forming part of non-residential programmes must be completed within 6 months of the date of the first session. Both of the 3-day Mini-Stays (Mini-Stay 2) must be completed within 6 months of the first stay. Distance preparation sessions which form part of residential programmes must be completed within a period starting 3 months before and ending a maximum of one month after the residential training and at the latest 9 days preceding your stay. Should these deadlines not be respected, the sessions are lost and not refunded. Any sessions scheduled the week before the residential training cannot be postponed. One postponement of a session per package is permitted provided the written request is sent to our Customer Service Department no later than 2 working days before the session. The registration fees already paid will be reimbursed, less the cancellation or postponement fees and an administrative fee of € 250 per order. Cancellation or Postponement. 3.1 In the event of cancellation by Alfol Ltd, the amount that will be refunded is limited to the amount paid for the Event ticket/registration only. Any and all other costs associated with your attendance/participation (including without limitation any travel and/or accommodation expenses) shall be borne solely by you and Alfol Ltd shall have no liability for such costs.
3.2 In the event of postponement by Alfol Ltd, tickets/registrations will usually be valid for the rescheduled date (or you will be offered tickets/registrations of corresponding value for the rescheduled event, subject to availability). If you notify Alfol Ltd within the specified deadline that you are unable to attend the rescheduled Event, you may receive a refund of the ticket/registration fee(s) (excluding the booking fee if applicable) but any such refund will be at Alfol Ltd’s sole discretion (acting reasonably). Alfol Ltd will not, under any circumstances, be responsible for any other costs associated with attendance/participation (including without limitation any travel and/or accommodation expenses), or any losses you incur as a result of the change of Event date. Failure to notify Alfol Ltd within any specified deadline that you are unable to attend the rescheduled Event will be deemed to be a reconfirmation of your order for tickets/registrations for the rescheduled Event, and you will not be able to claim a refund if available.
Cancellation or Postponement. MICHELIN reserves the right to unilaterally cancel or postpone the Promotion if any of the following occur: (1) plague, (2) epidemic, (3) pandemic; (4) outbreak of infectious disease; (5) any other public health crisis; (6) any direction or action required by the government of Malaysia (which shall include its various agencies) which shall include a requirement for person(s) to be quarantined, lockdowns of certain areas, any restrictions on the movement of persons or any other restrictions on the operation of business.

(b) The Customer cannot cancel any order the Company has accepted, or any part order, for Specifically Manufactured Goods. If the Customer cancels the whole or any part of its order for Specifically Manufactured Goods then the Company will charge the Customer the Purchase Price in full for the Specifically Manufactured Goods.
(c) If the Customer provides to the Company a timetable for the provision of the Company’s Goods or Services and the Company is not given 4 weeks’ notice of any change to any timetable the Customer provides, the Customer must pay the Company’s costs and expenses incurred in relation to any postponement of the Company’s Goods and/or Services and the Customer agrees that those costs and expenses be added to the Quote.
(d) If any third party delays or prevents the Company from supplying the Goods and/or Services on a continuous basis and the Company incurs any cost, expense or charge as a result, the Company will on charge to the Customer that costs, expenses or charge the Company incurs as a result and which will be added to the Quote.
Cancellation or Postponement. The Licensee will be bound by the terms and conditions established from time to time by each Stadium Party for cancellation or postponement of any Team Game or Stadium Event. Neither the Authority nor the PSL Agent will have any responsibility or liability to the Licensee on account of any cancellation or postponement or other failure or deficiency in the conduct of any Team Game or Stadium Event, including but not limited to any cancellation on account of any strike or other labor disturbance or any condition in or around the Stadium. Neither the Authority nor any Stadium Party will have any liability on account thereof except as otherwise expressly set forth on the tickets issued to the Licensee.
