Cancellation or Rescheduling. Customer must give Transcendent advance notice of at least 48 hours prior to cancellation or rescheduling to allow Transcendent to schedule our billable consultants appropriately. Failure to give adequate notice will result in charges to Customer for all expenses or time incurred up to the point of cancellation.
