CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT. 6A.1 Upon giving written notice to the Service Provider, the Bank may postpone or cancel a single training module at any time prior to its start. 6A.2 If written notice is given at least 5 (five) calendar days in advance, the Service Provider shall not be entitled to any compensation for the postponement or cancellation of the training module. 6A.3 If notice is given less than 14 (fourteen) calendar days in advance, the Bank may be charged up to fifty per cent (50%) of the corresponding training module fees, unless cancellation or postponement is due to an extraordinary event or circumstance beyond the control of the Bank or a Force Majeure act within the meaning of Article 19 of Appendix C.
