Common use of Cancellation Prior to Occupancy Clause in Contracts

Cancellation Prior to Occupancy. Students who want to cancel their residence application must do so in writing to Student Housing & Residence Life. Cancelling University of Toronto Scarborough registration will not automatically cancel residence applications. Students are required to send an email to Student Housing & Residence Life (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇) with the following information: student’s full name, student number, residence session they would like to cancel, and reason for cancellation. No refund or transferring of the residence deposit will be granted.
