Common use of Cancellation Prior to Occupancy Clause in Contracts

Cancellation Prior to Occupancy. a. Cancellations must be made through the housing portal prior to the first day of the License Agreement. b. Campus Living reserves the right to use space not occupied by 5 p.m. on the requested date of check in. If the student needs to change a check-in date, the student must communicate in advance to Campus Living in order to retain their assigned space.
