Cancellations and Returns. 11.1 The Customer shall at no time cancel the whole or part of any Order placed without OA’s prior approval. The Customer shall not return any Goods without first providing to OA an original proof of purchase.
11.2 Where the Customer has ordered incorrect Goods, an incorrect item number for Goods is used, an incorrect unit of issue or pack size is Ordered, an Order exceeds the Customer’s requirements, an incorrect account number is used or an Order is duplicated, the Customer may, after receiving written authority from OA, return the Goods to OA subject to the Goods being returned in the same condition as when first delivered to the Customer and subject to the Customer bearing the freight costs of the Delivery and return of the Goods.
11.3 Notwithstanding any other provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the Customer shall not return any Goods which have been custom made, custom cut, custom processed or custom acquired.
11.4 The Customer shall in all cases pay to OA a restocking fee of 25% of the gross value of all returns.
11.5 Where Goods are returned to OA in accordance with the provisions of clause 11, OA may issue a credit note in respect of any amounts paid by the Customer in respect of those Goods, less restocking fee and relevant freight costs.
11.6 Goods will not be accepted as a return after 90 days post-Delivery.
Cancellations and Returns. Cancellation of Hub Orders and return of Components will be governed by the Existing Purchase Terms. Unless otherwise directed by Supplier or agreed between Supplier and EMS Provider, EMS Provider will not ship Components for return to any Hub location.

The User shall stop or cancel any Customer Transaction if requested by Jinius, provided that if the Products have been transferred to a shipper, the User shall use commercially reasonable efforts to stop or cancel the delivery by the shipper. The User’s return and refund policies for Products sold through the Marketplace shall at least comply with Applicable Laws and shall be no less favourable than the User’s most favourable policies offered on the User’s own website, or any third party website. The User shall notify Jiniusof any material changes to the User’s return, refund or price adjustment policies at least one (1) month prior to the User’s implementation of such changes.

If Buyer cancels an order within 24 hours ------------------------- before the commencement of manufacture of the items in the order, Buyer agrees to pay a cancellation charge of 100% of the total invoice amount. Products are not in any event to be returned to us without prior written authorization.
Cancellations and Returns a. Subject to clause 10 and so far as permitted by law no goods will be accepted for return by the Seller unless a prior request (which may be accepted or refused by the Seller in its sole and absolute discretion) is made and approval given by the Seller.
b. In the case of goods.
(i) Listed in the Seller’s price list, a fee of 15% of the price of the relevant goods will be charged upon the cancellation of any order or the return of any goods.
(ii) Not listed in the Seller’s price list, a fee equal to the cost incurred by the Seller in relation to the goods to the date of the cancellation, plus 50% will be charged for the cancellation of any order. Requests for the return of such goods will not be accepted.
Cancellations and Returns. Customer may not cancel any order of goods or return any goods without SafeSmart’s express, written consent. Any cancellation or return so authorized must be made within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase and shall be subject to a cancellation/restocking charge of 20% (or a minimum fee of $20 plus tax) at SafeSmart’s sole discretion, plus all applicable freight. Orders for fabricated material or specially manufactured goods not normally carried in SafeSmart’s inventory may not, under any circumstances, be cancelled or returned. The amount of credit, if any, allowed to Customer for returned goods shall be at the sole discretion of SafeSmart.
Cancellations and Returns. For cancellations and/or returns, the Warranty and Returns Policy included as Annex VI to this contract will apply, except for what is not applicable or is treated in a special way in this annex.

It is agreed by the Merchant that Simsim may impose/ levy reverse logistics charges on the Merchant in cases where expired or near to expiry, damaged, defective, wrong version/ edition of the purchased Products, have been shipped to the buyer or the shipped Product is missing parts/ components.
