Cancelling from Waitlist. Applicants may cancel their position on the waitlist at any time before a room is offered by Housing & Residence Life and receive a refund of $350 from the $400 application fee. All cancellations must be received in writing. Once a room has been offered by Housing & Residence Life, applicants are no longer able to cancel from the waitlist; they will have to decline the room offer as outlined in section 4.6.
