Common use of Capacity as Lender Clause in Contracts

Capacity as Lender. Each Person serving as an Agent hereunder and under any other Loan Document shall have the same rights and powers in its capacity as a Lender as any other Lender and may exercise the same as though it were not an Agent, and such Person and its Affiliates may (without having to account therefor to any other Lender) accept deposits from, lend money to, make investments in and generally engage in any kind of business with any ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Party or any Subsidiary or other Affiliate of any ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Party as if it were not an Agent hereunder, and such Person and its Affiliates may accept fees and other consideration from such ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Party or such Subsidiary or other Affiliate for services in connection with this Agreement or otherwise without having to account for the same to the other Lenders.
